The information provided in this form by me is information as described in G round 17 of the Housing Act 1966 and I understand that if any information within this application is found to be untrue, it is grounds for termination of the tenancy.
By providing us with the above information you consent to us obtaining, holding and using personal data about you in connection with the business of letting and renting out of residential properties as specified for as long as may be reasonably required for our legitimate purpose. We will use that information for communicating with you. We may also provide that information to third parties with a legitimate reason to receive it in connection with your dealings with us (e.g. landlords, utility and service providers etc.) or to such third parties required by you or the law. - A confirmation letter from your employer stating your job position, salary, and length of employment on headed paper.
- Written reference from your previous landlord including any difficulties throughout the tenancy
- Mortgage statement (where required)
- Photograph I.D. (Passport / driving licence)
- Copy of recent utility bill (Mobile bills are not acceptable)
- Two month’s bank statements
- Two month’s pay slips
The references should include as much information as possible.
With your permission we will contact the references to confirm details provided.
Once your application has been accepted you will be required to sign a Tenancy Agreement and pay the first months rent and a security deposit.
If paying by personal cheque you must allow time for clearing.
